Julieta Moreno
Legal Counsel
Julieta brings over 13 years of international HR, legal, and global mobility experience to Quadlux, built at organizations including Accenture, KPMG, Axens, and Velocity Global. She holds a law degree in International Law from the University of Buenos Aires and a specialization in Immigration Law from the Università degli Studi di Milano, and she works fluently across six languages as a certified translator.
Over her career, she has advised on compliance and immigration for workforces of 10,000+ employees spanning 130+ countries, managed high-volume and high-stakes cases — from large-scale offboarding to time-critical, multi-jurisdiction hiring for infrastructure projects — and helped clients navigate regulatory complexity without slowing down their growth.
