- Holiday Benefit: Companies with fewer than 50 employees must pay a one-time holiday benefit of PLN 2,417.14 gross, unless they opt out by January 31, 2025.
- Company Social Benefit Fund (ZFŚS): Employers with at least 50 employees must establish a Company Social Benefit Fund unless they opt out via policy amendments. Contributions per full-time employee stand at PLN 2,417.14 gross for 2025.
